small sociological experiment in the office

i bought this mini basketball in a dublin toy store last weekend. i took it to the office and driven by a sudden idea i placed it in the mini-kitchen in my floor on the table accompanied by:

1) one black cd marker pen i borrowed from oxana's desk (i'll put it back)
2) one a4 sized sheet of paper stating: "i am a basketball. sign me!"

result: 37 signatures (some even containing little drawings) in one day.

interesting. nobody knew who put the ball there and what dark plans he/she had with it and the signatures on it. in case you were wondering, it now serves as a private green kong for the 'most successful bay' in sqe, the first recipient is juliane.
